This quit-smoking session lasts 90 minutes to two hours and is designed to help you make a real, lasting change. It's most effective when the decision to stop comes from you and nobody else, and you're ready to fully commit. A determined mindset makes all the difference.

We start with a relaxed conversation about your smoking or vaping, why you want to stop, and the life you're moving toward. Understanding your reasons makes them powerful.
