Who we are

CHD Hypnotherapy is operated by Catherine Hartle-Driver, a clinical hypnotherapist based in Bristol. Sessions take place at The Clifton Practice, 8–10 Whiteladies Road, Bristol BS8 1PD, and online.

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and your message. We do not collect any information automatically beyond what is strictly necessary for the website to function.

Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify and forwarded to Catherine by email. We do not store your data in any additional databases. Session notes and clinical records are kept securely and confidentially in line with professional body requirements.
